- Sources, always. Every row names where it came from; every report ends with its sources and a line on what each one contributed.
- Nothing invented. A gap is reported as a gap. The permits alert never asks the City for applicant or contractor names, by design.
- A file you can check. Work comes back as rows or a document, not a chat.
